I believe you are mistaken. This laptop (or exact same spec) is not available on Amazon.

I have this laptop purchased from Walmart but with 16GB. Paid $349.

Specific to the quality, I would rate it below average. Definitely feels cheaply made, especially the keyboard, track pad & buttons, and the sound. All well documented on the link I provided. For the price I paid, the specs offered were off the charts and the unit has performed for me without any issues, so I have no regrets. It met my needs. If you look at other comments, people are delusional as to what to expect for this price point, even before Covid related disruptions. Back-lit keyboard, 1TB SSD, touchscreen, can it play the highest resource hogging game?. Come on.

As a rule of thumb, most (ultra) thin/notebook laptops have the RAM soldered on so can't upgrade.
