RTX 3050? How good is it? I mean, the xx50 series are supposed to be at the lower end of 1080p, but I'm guessing this punches a little higher than that?

Which benchmarks? Can you show me some real review benchmarks? And RTX 3050 and RTX 3050 Ti can enable Ray Tracing and DLSS which your GTX 1660 can't. And GTX 1660 Super is a Desktop Graphics card...why are you even comparing that with a Laptop GPU?

I'm guessing this GPU is RTX primarily for the DLSS capabilities. I doubt you can decent FPS numbers with Ray-Tracing on, but obviously Nvidia isn't going to say that this GPU shouldn't be used for that (being an RTX GPU and all)

Seems like a big improvement, I can't run Warzone on lowest settings currently. I'm guessing this would manage 60ish frames at 1080 and low quality?

The system is fine for casual gaming. I tend to buy Steam games that are heavily discounted (at least 3 years old) but still great to play. A 3050 with 8GB would play them no problem at 1080p >30fps.
You may want to upgrade the storage and there is a 2nd m.2 slot on the system but you have to buy a bracket ($10 on Amazon).
