This is similar to what I paid for it and I've more than gotten my money's worth. If you're looking to try an electric mower, it's a good entry level option.

I want to say this is a niche, but that's pretty much all new construction in most of the US these days. Cranking up a gas mower for that little would seem silly. Maybe a big weed eater…
If it's clearly say "blade length" or "cutting width", both are referring to the blade.
Notice this only say 16". It didn't state that is the deck width, which likely is the deck. It's super small and they are trying to make it seem a bit bigger.
16" is tiny and will take forever to mow. Might as well use a weed wacker for it's flexibility.
