Got 2 back to back with dead pixels. Now I'm thinking of keeping the second one because the dead pixel is at the bottom right scrollbar area - so not that bothersome. Not happy though

That's unacceptable. You return it until they get some quality control people involved. Raise hell at this point and don't accept anything casual. They need to go above and beyond to rectify this and please you to ensure you come back and forget this ever happen.
