they could be lying but it says 100% cotton.

so now i'm wondering which to get.
I havent bought FoTL for many years and it used to seem they were a bit thinner and more cheaply made. but the hanes have changed so much over the years, I don't know that this
is true any more. These may very well be different than other shirts of the same brand/name.

I've gotten both brands over the years and unless I am missing a branding term for different product, 12 for 16 is pretty good. Usually best deals are near or right after christmas, i think maybe 10 for $12 is like best i can remember without jumping through hoops or cash back etc

That being said i canceled walmart and bought 12 for $16 at target. Hanes seem to shrink more, fotl seem longer(easier to stay tucked)

Hanes is always more expensive than Fruit of the Loom. Their socks are indeed a bit better. Will give the shirt a try.
