The 550w G3 (Superflower) deal was better ($40), but this is probably the next best thing for the EVGA sale PSUs on amazon. Especially if you need 650w for an average "mid range" Ampere/Navi.
Avoid the GA Series. Has poor voltage regulation and fails at modern efficiency test according to him. G5 isn't bad, but the GT seems better due to modern topology.
In terms of "gold" rating... G3/G2>GT>G5>GA. Not sure where GS rates on a relatively scale. Haven't looked into it.
The Super flower units perform like a platinum PSU on certain samples according to cybernetics independent testing, but YMMV.
That's why I never listen to anonymous wannabe gurus.

Anyone who says 650W isn't enough for 3090 or 6900 XT have never measured their rig. You'll most likely be at mid 80% efficiency when you're drawing 550W with a 650W PSU, but how often will you be benchmarking

Agreed. G3(super flower) is so far the best design that EVGA has for below 1000W. I have heard that EVGA might not produce G3 any more.
Superflower vs Seasonic is a matter of preference

The older Seasonic focus gold line was/is a clear step down from G2/G3 in a lot of metrics.. Especially pre 2018 models and the GS seems like an even older platform looking at pictures (Maybe not even Seasonic designed since Aris never saw the platform prior, at least on 550/650w units.. 850w model is clearly a different beast.)
Edit: Just looking at the GS reviews should tell you all you need... Relatively poor ripple (550w/650w @100%). Double/Higher load regulation relative to G2/G3.. etc.
Least it has a decent efficiency curve like the G2/G3 on 115v (Again 550/650w)
The HEC GT is a clearly better unit (at least outside of eff. curve) and thats going off a cougar GX-F review with worse components.
[psucultists] PSU Tier List - Power Supplies - Linus Tech Tips
GT is in A-tier. Ga is between tier B and tier C.
GT has fluid dynamic bearing fan. GA uses double bearing fan. Reading professional review, you will figure out GT uses high-end components.
IMO 7-10 year warranty is marketing to sell more. Probably offering 10 warranty to get people to buy it. Warranty any longer than 5 years is almost pointless in the computer world. By that time most would have likely moved on to something else and/or forgot about the crazy long warranty. Evga knows it.
