I got scammed too. Just got off chatting with a customer service agent. They will send email a return label so that I can FEDEX the brush head back to them. Luckily, I paid with Paypal so I can also get free return through Paypal.

Confirming that if you explain the situation to CS, they will likely just refund instead of having you send it back. I sent a screenshot of my original order confirmation just to solidify my argument. Unrelated, please be nice to the folks you email or chat with. Customer service is a tough job and I'm sure the majority of their employees spent their day trying to contain the fallout of this price mistake.

It's hard being nice to an agent who is lying despite the facts presented to him. The agent I chatted with told me that I got what I paid for even after I've shown him the entire order confirmation. The order clearly included a bundle (Brush, Net, & Vacuum Head Bundle, Item No: B-A3008) and yet instead of accepting their error he insisted I was supposed to get only a brush head. He had the audacity to ask me what is included the bundle - again the order confirmation pasted was in the full view in the chat window and yet he was asking me stupid questions.

So I placed the order couple days ago that totaled $14.06. Received the item today. The only problem I have is only the brush was delivered. 3 items were missing. I contacted intheswim and was told they are having issues with this order and even if they try to replace the 3 items most likely I will receive the brush again. They will refund.me within 3 business days and I can keep the brush.

In the Swim support is playing games telling me that all I ordered was the vacuum head, which is clearly not accurate. They told me to place the order and pay for the missing parts, which I politely then told them to go kick rocks. It's pretty sad that they can't own their mistake if indeed it was one and then they want to continue to just play games and give a hard time about it with their support.. Thank god Amazon doesn't do this crap as I'm done with In the Swim..

Is anyone else's order still in "preparing to ship" status. I placed an order for some deep nets after this bundle order and that order has already shipped but the bundle order is pending. I know they will most likely just send the vacuum head and I will deal with that then.

Yeah that's not correct. They switched out the bundle item somewhere along the way. I got mine today...it's 1 item, a vacuum head. Nicer than the one in the original bundle but sure doesn't include a net.

Just like everyone else, only the vacuum head! Sent them an email with all screenshots- Order (shows the bundle) + Shipped items (shows just the vacuum head), but not holding my breath!
