Don't! I have them and they are awful. The shape of the knife is really problematic as it just tends to fly around and eventually off the plate. The knife caused so many stains on my carpet. I had to buy another set.

Edit: should add the materials are fine. The design of that set is the issue.

We already have the Provence set. It's a nice set and still looks like new after two years. $67 for the 45 pc is a steal.

That's a critical edit worth highlighting. The materials here are indeed top notch (18/10 flatware is the standard by which to measure all others). However, now that this is JA Henckels International so the design choices don't necessarily align with the more traditional JA Henckels (you can spot the difference with the logo: one single person is the international line).

Passed on this one. The only reviews that weren't paid for (as denoted by "collected as part of a promotion" - I'd say such reviews were ~90% of them in this case too) complained about build quality, and especially chipping and subsequent rusting. These are perhaps just plated in 18/10. Pity as I've really been wanting a decent set.
