Similar to this deal posted back in May, Office Depot and OfficeMax currently have a variety of hand sanitizer products for $0.10 (in-store, or when adding to cart for in-store pickup). Please note, selection varies by store.

Those were only kind available at that time - they had filters and air pocket in front. I would think it was be too late for that- it was over a year ago
FYI, BYD is a major auto manufacturer in China - but they also make chemicals and cleaning products. They ramped up hand sanitizer in response to COVID. So BYD is very likely to be pure despite the oddball (domestically) name.
In China BYD is very well known as a domestic auto brand.

The ones there are pretty sketchy, most of them did not even have ingredient labels.

nevermind. i just checked. it's their form of rewards, not cash. you must spend that rewards in their store. its worse than rewards that you have to fill the form and mail in.
When used it reduces the total before tax. If you don't have any project coming up, or just don't frequent Menards, it is worse as you said. I frequent and roll the rebates so it works for me, or at least it did when they often had rebates bringing random items down to $1, free, or make a $1. They had the 11% off rebate in perpetuity since around March 2020, the play there is to take advantage of HD's better sales in store and submit the receipt for an 11% off match in form of HD gift card.
For you I would just recommend you do those things in that order. Lick the covid off your hands first before poking your eyes and then picking your nose.
