Similar price, same tax but faster shipping and easier return, I have long ditched eBay for Amazon. 5% eBay bucks won't change it

eBay sent me a message saying that the eBay bucks program has ended and I am no longer eligible. Apparently, 20-years of membership and thousands of transactions isn't enough to stay in the club.

In the past, if a vendor like Best Buy or Newegg offered a new item that I wanted, I might have chosen the buy through eBay to get the bucks. Without this incentive, I am not going to bother with eBay.

Ebay bucks were only 1 percent to begin with. No big deal. PayPal gets you 5 percent off using Discover.
