A great deal for 2x automatic soap dispensers. I think these are a Costco specific model of their current soap dispenser that Simplehuman sells for $60 on their own website.

The Simplehuman rechargeable sensor pump soap dispenser is the most efficient way to wash your hands — no germs or smudges left behind. It has a clog-proof tubing pump that ensures a precise and consistent flow, and the silicone valve prevents messy drips. To control the amount of soap desired, you can position your hand up close to the sensor for a little soap and farther away for more. A funnel refill opening makes refills fast and easy, and it's waterproof for easy cleaning. It recharges with the included charging puck — one charge lasts up to 3 months. Use simplehuman soap for optimum pump performance.

Features:
Touch-free: neat, easy and automatic. Touch-free operation means no germs passed on, and no smudges left behind
Clog-proof tubing pump: for precise and consistent soap flow
Funnel refill opening: makes it easy to refill your sensor pump without messy drips
Variable dispense: position your hand up close for a little soap and farther away for more
No-drip valve: flexible silicone valve snaps shut to create a seal preventing messy drips
Recharge plug (included) on the back is easy to access, and one charge lasts up to 3 months
Waterproof for easy cleaning: With an IP67 rating, you can rinse the pump in the sink to keep it clean

These are garbage. I have 6 and they all required resets on a regular basis to continue working. 2 have failed completely and now Simplehuman wants me to make videos working through procedures before they will replace them. It took over 2 weeks just to get a canned response asking for videos after I clearly wrote that I had worked through the procedure they requested. I have many Simplehuman products and I'm happy with most, but these are simply a poor, unreliable design.

I've had these for almost a year. Works well except for the sporadic dispensing based on how far your hands are away from the sensor. Needs to be recharged every 2-3 months. Would buy again.

Well, if you bought them at Costco, just return them... even years later 👍

I was worried about bad reviews but they seem to work awesome for us. Maybe you got some from a bad batch? I was expecting them to suck. I'd definitely only buy from Costco.

Do they still make the ones that use AA batteries? I've had those for like three years and still going.

Priced too high still, plus per reviews, junk. May be at $30 and only through Costco to try.

I've owned a couple diff models and they all broke in less than a year. Sucks cause I love the convenience. The soap also gets pricey going with their brand. When I used other brands it would get clogged.

I used to use the one that requires 4-6 AA batteries but they drained what felt like every month or less, so ended up getting this same 2 pack from Costco last year. they've been working good until last week when one stopped and wouldn't charge. I went to HomeGoods because I saw them there for $40 last I had visited. when I got home the original started working again. no idea why it broke for a day, but will be returning the one just bought from Homegoods and picking up this Costco set as backups since it's a bit cheaper.

You're one of the lucky ones without the issue of it dispensing soap from the battery compartment.
