I ordered Costco Klipsch system with $50 coupon, which put the price down to $749. Still I need to buy R-12SW, which costs around 189 or more...
I don't think I need an extra warranty through costco this time.. will cancel and order this one.
You need a receiver to be able to amplify and connect devices to these speakers. You will not be able to utilize any of these speakers without a receiver. The set being sold here is the "5.1.2" in case you were wondering.
Watch the video below which shows you the basic setup and connect guide.

Deal is pretty slick…lowest price I have ever seen. Costco's has the same deal for $799, minus the subwoofer, and it also comes with 75 feet of speaker wire, but the box is one massive box and about 150 LBS. The sub was on sale also for $150. This deal seems to be $81 less overall but I would be curious how it all ships (one big box? Many boxes all protected?) and is $81 worth the risk of the heavy speakers getting damaged during shipping? Yes! I'd take the gamble!!

I ordered these with the two REL subwoofers and they all shipped in separate boxes.
Sounds like a pretty nice setup. Did you just sell off the R-12SW and run two REL subs? Or you have another setup you could utilize it with?
I used the R-12SW in the living room to my other overhead speaker system. And hooked these speakers in the theater room that I was completing. My setup is:
2x R-625FA
2x R-41M
2x rp402s
2x REL 1205
1x R-52C
All connected to Marantz AV8805A

Do we still need a receiver for this set to make it complete or any other additional pieces. Sorry for very basic question

I picked up in-person from costco texas store for $699+Tax w/o subwoofer. Costco includes Speaker Wires - 95 Feet .

It ships in individual boxes. The sub ships in its own box, the two bookshelf speakers ship together in one box, the towers and center speakers in separate boxes as well. I ordered these about 2 years ago at $1000.
What do I need to buy to make it 7.2
My media room is pre wired for that. Also, I need atmos speakers on the ceiling. I heard a demo and was blown away. Sorry I'm a total noob with this. Also, a good receiver recommendation please?
