I bought the 3 combo for like $110 and I just wanna say this thing is fragile. Maybe I wasn't using it right but I had to balance it every time on a flat surface, I had to walk consciously and aware of my surroundings. I had to crab walk and try not to move up & down too much. It worked best when my $1100 iPhone was caseless and around rocky surfaces that with a slight touch the whole gimbal with phone could top over. I would never take this to a concert. Nor a trail hike. Forget water anything.

I personally prefer the 3 over the 4, but maybe others have better luck balancing their phone with the om4. Note to android users, you CANNOT use 4k60 with this even if your phone supports it which is a bummer. This is great for iOS users that do support 4k60 though.

I do have DJI Osmo Mobile1, but i feel like it is not that east to use and heavy, it is now in my garage, lol. But I just got my Osmo Pocket2 two months ago, love it so much. It is easy to carry, and the quality is super nice. I can now film my kids with that little technique.

It does works with iPhone 12 Pro Max but if you are using bulky case than you many have to change it to thinner one or remove it. I had same issue initially, and I ended up buying iPhone leather case from apple.
