I don't think they do it that way, but the Quant on Amazon says this deal is equal to 594 square feet which would make it just over 3.3 cents a square foot. Probably better to just go back to using rags and washing them at this price.
That's just under 2 cents a square foot. Seems to much to me, it should be a buck a roll but what do I know.

That's correct
Bounty is $23 with PG rebate so definitely Bounty.
The MM paper towels I have are 15 rolls of 150 sheets. Package says 1031.3 sq ft.
the bounty sheets are 11x 5.9 and the mm are 11x6 so basically the same size. 12x108 is 1296 sheets vs 15x150 is 2250 sheets.
price per sheet is .0076 for MM vs .0088 for the Bounty assuming $23 for 2 packs and having to do the $5 rebate
