My last order in May included this clear whey isolate since I wanted to try it. Unfortunately, the order was delayed for an entire month before it was unexpectedly cancelled. I reached out to Customer Service to ask why they cancelled my order. I finally got a response a week later that said my order wasn't cancelled and they would look into it, but it's been 2 weeks and they haven't responded. I checked their site and each item was listed as in stock. Really disappointed that my 3 items got cancelled by the company and was never given an explanation.

Does this stuff mix like regular protein powder or is it more like Gatorade mix? I'm wary to make another order attempt of this stuff given the poor customer service practices.

This stuff is ridiculously hard to mix even when using a shaker cup that is twice the size you need. You shake for 5 seconds, it fills with foam preventing it from mixing, wait 5 minutes for the foam to settle, discover it's not nearly mixed well enough, then repeat that at least 3 times. Then when you're done with that whole hassle, the drink is way too sour. Never again.

It doesn't mix like regular protein powder. My Dymatize ISO100 mixes much more easily than this stuff. This stuff is lightweight like powdered sugar. In my helimix bottle, it gets stuck in the corners of the lid. It slightly clumps and sticks to the side walls of the bottle too. Eventually the clumps mostly disappear after 15 minutes and shaking a few times. Still a good refreshing drink. My favs are lemonade, dragon fruit, and peach mango.

Lol I ordered different things, but same result. Literally back and forth with customer service for weeks for them to finally say "sorry, it was a price mistake." Why wouldn't they just tell me that from the get go. Horrible horrible customer service.

They mix pretty well, flavors are great but I would only buy tropical dragon fruit, flavor is amazing

Interesting others have issues with MyProtein orders. I have never had an issue on nearly a dozen orders and my orders usually arrive at my house within 2-3 days. Maybe it depends where you live (I live in Texas)?

As far as this protein, as others have reported it is very hard to mix with a shaker. Decent taste but doesn't mix easily like the regular Isolate protein from MyProtein.

Same here, I have been ordering from them for years and never had any problems at all. I placed 6 orders in may alone.

For some of the others asking, all the flavors are pretty decent..... but it really depends on your taste more then anything. I have tried them all and they are all good. Just depends what you like.

I love this stuff because it's light. Normally when you mix protein even with water, you get that thicker than water consistency. This is not like that at all. Once mixed in, it's as thin as water, like drinking Koolaid or something. I get tired of the heavy on the stomach protein shakes all the time, so this is a nice change.

Completely agree with this. Such a pain to mix with water (i am using lemonade flavor) in the shaker. It foams up and the powder does not mix completely.

I use the lemonade flavour since some time and let me tell you it is the best protein I have ever used.
Pros:
Completely tastes like lemonade( so no sugary taste which I hate while cutting)
Very easy to clean the shaker (even better than isolates and minimal smell even if I forget to clean for a week )
In other proteins you get tired after a time of the flavour but the lemonade makes it feel like another juice
Cons :
Foaming problems ( pro tip : use less water than you would use for other proteins or get a bigger bottle)
my girl tried to be adventurous and tried some fancy flavours = mistake

As for problematic deliveries it is a one off - have been ordering from MP regularly for 2 years and no problems yet.
