And would this phone support Hotspot on the Tmo network after unlock?

I bought the Moto E 2020 a couple weeks ago for $49 when the Moto Power was $90.

I'm pretty happy with my choice, but if something were to happen to my Moto E I'll definitely consider the Moto Power.

I got the 2020 moto g stylus. I regret not getting the power for the bigger battery. I don't even use the stylus function

After unlock, it should be compatible with all carriers.

Hotpot is not supported right now. No idea what would happen after unlock.

Good price for this phone's features. Overall a good deal if you are a light phone user. I was able to buy an unlocked GSM version a few months ago from Target for $125 when they had their closeout. It's nice.

I purchased an E too but it does choke sometimes with apps like Web Video Caster which I use for streaming video. It also lacks LDAC support for wireless audio. These are not deal breakers but the crappy camera quality is. The main sensor produces low quality pics, indoors and outdoors (daytime). The Power might not be that much better since most budget tier Motos lack stabilization.

Isn't CDMA going away at EOY or is that just for Sprint and not Verizon or whatever provider Tracfone uses for these phones?
