Make sure you're connected to 2.4ghz. I had the same issue.
I've tried that already. I even did a reset and it still wouldn't connect.
That's 50% more expensive, even at its current preorder price. What is your point?

I don't govee lights but I do have 4 govee wifi temp/humidity sensors and have no connectivity issues
