it sucks
I bought this the last time from Walmart. I promptly returned it.

The problem is, with the Ball vacuum, it is impossible to vacuum under furniture without taking it apart and changing to a different attachment. Also, the vacuum is heavy and hard move around, especially up and down stairs. If you have lots of furniture (like sofas, loveseats, coffee tables, etc.) I wouldn't recommend this vacuum, as you can't run the vacuum head under anything (because the Ball blocks it). Also, if you have stairs, I also would not recommend this vacuum, unless you feel like a workout every time you vacuum the staircase.

I will say the return was easy with Walmart. You can return it to Walmart. Or, what I did, you log into the website, go to the order, press "return". Then it lets you print a pre-paid return label (at no cost to you). Then just put the vacuum back in the original box it came in, slap the label on the box, and drop it off at the nearest UPS store for free.

I believe this vacuum was designed by a bunch of Engineers in white coats in a lab, that have never actually vacuumed a home before. Great engineering design, but horrible in practical application or use.
I find that vacuums are one of the easiest things to fix. Especially one this popular. There are a ton of videos for changing each part. If you are slightly handy it's a no brainer.

I ordered one last year for 149. Looked practically brand new and performs really well. Really made me question why I didn't buy a newer vacuum sooner.

I got this through the dyson eBay store in 2018. I have had no issues and the suction is, if anything, too strong. I think I paid $160 and have been very happy with it

Been looking at vacuums for weeks. Finally bit on this. Added the 3 year warranty from Walmart for $24. Thanks OP.

Bought one in April 2020. It stopped working a month or so ago. Wife took it in for repairs today. Unfortunately we didn't buy extended warranty.
