The problem is, with the Ball vacuum, it is impossible to vacuum under furniture without taking it apart and changing to a different attachment. Also, the vacuum is heavy and hard move around, especially up and down stairs. If you have lots of furniture (like sofas, loveseats, coffee tables, etc.) I wouldn't recommend this vacuum, as you can't run the vacuum head under anything (because the Ball blocks it). Also, if you have stairs, I also would not recommend this vacuum, unless you feel like a workout every time you vacuum the staircase.
I will say the return was easy with Walmart. You can return it to Walmart. Or, what I did, you log into the website, go to the order, press "return". Then it lets you print a pre-paid return label (at no cost to you). Then just put the vacuum back in the original box it came in, slap the label on the box, and drop it off at the nearest UPS store for free.
I believe this vacuum was designed by a bunch of Engineers in white coats in a lab, that have never actually vacuumed a home before. Great engineering design, but horrible in practical application or use.

Hope this helps, I do not know why they don't display the plan on the item page it was showing previously earlier today could be temporary or maybe they didn't want you to easily add it?
I also tried laptop so not just a browser or mobile issue.

Thank again!
Seems people like it more
I think this vacuum is the best investment since the parts can be replaced and the vacuum can be taken entirely apart by the end user to service absolutely anything wrong with it.
The brush roller seems to catch a lot of leaves from house plants but removal and snapping back on after cleaning is easier than any other vacuum I've seen.
The internal filter is a lifetime filter and it seems to do a great job.
The Origin vacuums have the lowest horsepower and the animal vacuums have a little higher horsepower with a few extra attachments. Sometimes warranty registration of the origin vacuums gets you these additional attachments for free.
This is a decent price but I've seen the animal 2 pro for $180
