Good luck!

I have no complaints with traditional power strips which incorporate USB outlets. I have an APC unit under my desk right now with 12 outlets and 2 USB ports and make use of them daily for charging phones.
My complaint is with this whole loophole category of USB charger with auxiliary power receptacles connected to undersized cords... and which typically dodge UL or incorporate it through shady means (I noticed in the picture that UL is stamped on the cord, which might make people think the entire product is UL listed).
Good luck!

I couldn't find an image in the reviews of the underside of the charging unit, but I'd wager it lacks the UL listing label included on the cord. The reason for this is that many of these knock off combination extension cord USB outlets use a UL rated cord, but skip getting UL rated for the rest of the device.
Good luck!

Awesome for cubicles. Easier to access AC plugs for random temporary needs, versus digging under the desk and behind a cabinet. π
