close to biting but there is no on/off switch.
The 3 outlet version has a switch but ONLY for the USB ports according to q&a. bummer.

Good looking product overall imo

Judging by the flat plug design and the specs, I think this is designed to go behind a wall mount TV. It will handle the TV, soundbar, and couple chromecast/Firetv/roku devices.
