Note: I tried to order online and pick up at store and it kept giving me errors. I went to the store and they had one in stock and it rung up for the same sale price.

Incredibly frustrating device. Audio drops out on occasion and randomly. Doesn't matter the app, the audio will drop for 1 to 2 seconds. And display settings revert back to "Auto" every power cycle. I don't care for HDR on my 4K tv and although I will explicitly tell the device to only display 4K, it will constantly revert back to 4K HDR. I've had a Roku 3 for years before upgrading yo this and I'm wishing I hadn't at this point

Have they improved the remote over the one that came with the old Roku Ultra? I have one of those and there's a bug that causes the batteries to die very very quickly when headphones are plugged in..

Ive got 4K Ultra. I wouldn't say it drains the battery quickly but I only use the headphones 2-4 hours a week. I got rechargeable batteries for this remote.
