I've replaced several sets of batteries in Cyberpowers over the years. I paid just over $30 for a pair of Power Sonic batteries on eBay and brought my old PFC 1350 back into service for my TV. Got two PFC 1500s for my PC and RAID tower.
If anyone cares, Cyberpower unit doesn't allow replacing the batteries, FYI. Go with APC brand that has removable battery packs. Plus APC adds more features and monitoring parameters via Display and USB to computer monitoring setup.

I just watched a video on youtube for this exact model replacing batteries, was very easy.
Ink rewards are delayed until the 25th this month.
I have a feeling that the special they ran last month (and are currently running again) for a 30% in store bonus for ink purchases has really messed up their reward system. They used to just credit those as normal rewards, but these are only good in store. It adds a new reward type and someone apparently messed up the programming.
any reward member get ink reward for last month yet? thanks
Mine says statement won't be ready till July 15th then updated to July 25th. They are horrible administering their rewards program. Nonetheless, still worth it in my opinion.
Really wish the mouse has a smaller version for people without basketball hands.
I have average-sized hands, and the MX Master mouse isn't actually that big. It takes getting used to, but I wouldn't go back to any other Logitech mouse. Unless you're carrying it around, it's not that big of a deal (and even then it's not that big of a deal).

I prefer APC units too, but even I wouldn't make a claim like this (unless something has drastically changed recently). The CP1500AVRLCD battery replacement looks just like the PFC version: remove the screw on the bottom of the front panel, slide the front panel off, disconnect two spades, drop in a new battery pack, and reconnect. If you just bought bare replacement batteries vs the assembled pack, you will need to use the old carrier and jumpers to connect the batteries together before installing. Even with the extra step, it's a 5 min job, and a total of one screw and six spade connections.
Battery swaps aside, I literally just finished replacing an entire 1500VA PFC unit after it started leaking battery acid 2.5 years in to service. Obviously just a single data point, but I think I'll be sticking to APC for a while.
Just got today the Cyberpower...and the non battery ports (6) are always on WTH??? so if you want to power down everything you need to unplug the UPS power cord... any ideas?? may have to return it.
