According to product page this Russell Men's Active Faux Sherpa Hooded Full Zip Jacket has attached hood, faux sherpa lining, zip front closure, long sleeves with thumbholes & side pockets

years back i picked up some jackets with the arms lined from kmart(RIP) and i have almost never found them again since haha

Yes. I also found Sherpa lined arm sleeves only at Kmart.
