The one and only drawback I have for the chair, is that I wish the head rest went up higher. I'm 6'0 and around 195lb, with a pretty long upper torso (probably the torso of someone 6'2" or 6'3"). I feel like I need the head rest to be able to raise up another 2" or so for it to be at the appropriate height for me. So as long as you aren't super tall (or have the torso of someone pretty tall), highly recommended.
Like the other posters mentioned- very easy to assemble, definitely not worth paying to assemble this one.

I am looking for a replacement for a mid-end costco leather ($350 originally) chair and it had thick foam covered in leather that's wearing out/getting thing. I need a good soft arm chair that will wear without breaking and protects the elbow against calices.
TY.

Its slightly soft -- not rock hard or super soft (check the above video @ 4min)
It seems like both of these chairs are kind of cheaply made with a bit of a stronger build on the Hyken with it's own disadvantages. Strangely, I think I heard him mention that the Hyken has harder arm rests, but it definitely seemed like it was better than this chair.
Taking a look at what chairs Staples offers, this chair looks almost identical to my Coscto chair that is no longer made/sold except it has tilt and some other features. https://www.staples.com/staples-l...?back=true. I called the manuf to see if I could buy replacement arm rests.
Once you get your eCertificate gift card, you can then use that to pay for the chair on Staples. Don't forget to apply the coupon, and use of cash back sites / SD Rewards.
