bought it for the same price from newegg, but also got $5 gift card. so not the lowest price here.

charger itself is very small and works well.

The faster you charge, the higher the current, the hotter the battery gets, and the shorter it lasts. If you don't keep a phone more than 2 years before trading it in for a new one, you have little to worry about. If you care about the battery lasting as long as absolutely possible, slowest charging is best, as well as avoiding letting it drop below 20% and not charging above 80%.

Offhand I'd still expect the note 10/10+ to charge at 18 or 20w with this charger but it does support much faster charging with the appropriate charger. Up to 45w but that required PPS. The stock charger in the box with a note 10/10+ is 25w so this would be a little slower than that and certainly not up to the 45w that is possible. Not sure when they'll start indicating Fast charging on the phone but it is likely well above the 20w this charger is capable of. So in the end the not fast charging a note 10 is really because the Note 10 supports a lot more than this charger can support and not because this charger won't provide it's max output to a note 10.
