After lots of feedback and some odd data we saw on our end, here's some additional recommendations:
Reminder: If you have other Cashback extensions DISABLE THEM - they could definitely try and claim credit for the transaction
Once you click 'Apply Now', complete the entire process at that time. This includes opening the account AND fully funding it with at least $125.
If you add $20 in one transaction and $105 in another, this may not track correctly. Deposit the full $125 all at once (recommend using the debit card option) to ensure your data tracks to us correctly
Not doing these things will at the very least delay processing your cashback and could potentially result in us not receiving your data as an eligible account.

Just wanted to pop in to say we're really excited to start using Slickdeals Rewards to handle these types of bonuses going forward. We've received a LOT of feedback around things that didn't work so well in the past with our rebates.
I actually did this process myself this morning to make sure it's working automatically and so long as you've installed our Extension and enrolled in Slickdeals Rewards it works seamlessly!

Do u think a direct deposit from one of my other bank check accounts would work? I mean it would only need to be for a few months...and I have 3 bank accts....just doing this for a couple hundred $...then drop balance for only what I have earned in their promotion

Do you get $75 cash in your account to spend? Or is it like a credit to use on SD only?
We were looking to lower my wife's student loan debt from over 8% to something reasonable. With perfect credit we applied to sofi, earnest, and a few other companies. Sofi flat out denied us. We ended up going with earnest and paid off the debt in very short order (and saved a bundle).
Now we get mail all the time saying open an account or refinance your student loan through us. No thank you sofi. Take your offers and shove them!
Sidenote, earnest was awesome. Their pay portal was very clunky, but when we signed with them they covered a $200 dinner bill for us to go out and "celebrate" the new, much lower rate. Top notch earnest! 👌

You can actually do $70 (50+20). Also the cash would directly deposit to your PayPal account. The site either asks you for the email address or it uses the same as your Slickdeals account. Forgot which. Then from PayPal you can withdraw to any linked bank account.
To keep this somewhat in topic, Sofi is a poorly rated financial institution with an avalanche of consumer reports and BBB complaints. You're data is worth more than MAYBE getting some form of reimbursement from this cash grab for bolstering user numbers and data mining.
