I got the window version of this for $89 about 2 years ago at Target (normally $325 or so). I remembered it because it was the one time Brickseek actually worked for me.
It's a decent smoker, but Charbroil electrical leads are garbage — they tend to corrode even without exposure to moisture. I'm talking about the part where the power cord internally switches over to the heating element. Fortunately you can just strip the wiring and reconnect them as needed, then rinse and repeat until you're sick of it.
Definitely a life changing product, but IMO I'd wait for Masterbuilt at this price point.
I've had 3 off the "deluxe" versions of this Smoker. The first two broke within a year. The third within two years after they sent me parts to do repair it myself. Their customer service is trash. I sold my master built and I wish I didn't I bet that thing is still running.

How often can you find a Masterbuilt in this price range?

Yep, see my comment above. One of the solutions to the bad electrical connectors was to ship me a whole new smoker body and give me an 8-hour DIY rebuild job that looked miserable. Thankfully I jury rigged something with wire strippers and connectors in about 20 minutes but that smoker body probably ended up in a landfill. It's sad and wasteful when all it should have been was a 50-cent connector, but they don't have that on the parts list…it's like working on cars where you have to buy a whole assembly…

Just bought a Traeger smoker and honestly can't really tell a huge difference in the taste of the food between the Traeger and Masterbuilt.
