Found mine in the clearance isle on hangers. They had the yellow clearance price tags on them for $1 each and there were probably close to 20 of them. I picked up a few. These are handy to have around for various uses, as long as my little ones don't steal them and play with them. Thank you op!

Grabbed some in Columbus Ohio and the same thing with no price scanners in the store. I asked an employee and he said the local natives were trashing them so they removed them all!
