Not at all close to the correct answer
Yes, the small solar panel doesn't charge this very fast, of course, but if you just sat this inside your 100 + degree car, on the dashboard, or took it with you to the beach, it might at least pull enough power from the sun to offset the power to your phone (which has a considerable smaller battery than 10k mah).
Also, it's a 10k ANKER battery with a flashlight, that alone has to be worth $20 - $25, absent the solar panel.
