Hey guys - Just a quick PSA for when these orders likely get xcled - When you call to complain, whine, threaten to never shop at HD again, yell at or say how you'll sue them, blablabla, remember that the person you're speaking to didn't cancel or decide to do so to your order. They will stick to the script. Take the 20% off your next order, free ship or whatever consolation offer they give and move on.

They aren't getting paid enough to care about your interpretation of a law or that you will never shop there again and how much you spend there. Trust this.

Should go without saying, but some of the posts here are pretty concerning...

I'll never understand why retailers don't have built-in warning flags when a product is flying off the shelf. They just sold 1000 in under 8 minutes. They never learn.

Wow! Great price mistake/deal! Not that it will ever arrive for that price, but guessing the bed frame and headboard pictured are not included?
