Bought one a couple weeks ago when it was 140. I challenge anyone to find a phone of this quality for this price brand new. One of the commenters said it was slow. I disagree, it's running Android 11, and doesn't seem to be any slower than my Galaxy S10. For the person wanting to get back into Android phones, this is the perfect opportunity to get a flagship from a couple generations ago for cheap. Bummer that there is no headphone jack, and the top and bottom bezel are larger than the newer model phones, but that leaves good amount of space for the stereo speakers on top and bottom, they are better than any other phone I've ever had. Again, I want to point out that this is running Android 11, and even though it is not being updated any further, it's amazing to get Android 11 for this price.

A flip phone can't do 4G LTE.
Actually, recent ones can. Not that they have a nice screen to display the content, or nice camera, or app support...and I get that maybe this is beside the point...

I ordered this yesterday and just got a message from woot that the bootloader is actually locked even though it was advertised as unlocked. I have an option to cancel it for full refund.
I am not very tech savvy, so can someone please let me know what could be a problem if the phone has locked bootloader.
I will have to travel internationally to India in the next couple of months. Will the phone have an issue there?
Thanks.

You'll have not problem with a locked bootloader, if you don't plan to flush the OS to a 3rd party OS. You'll need to check the available 4G bands for full coverage, if using the phone in India.

Locked Bootloader is okay as long as you're not planning to flash a custom ROM. So it's going to be Android 11 as the latest update you can do. I believe the Bootloader could be unlocked unless it's a Verizon version of the phone.

Does this mean that it's not unlockable at all, or that it just won't come bootloader unlocked but I can unlock it myself?

"Woot here. We messed up and advertised the Google Pixel 2 XL as having the bootloader unlocked, but it is actually locked on the phone. We're very sorry!

The rest of the specs and features are unchanged.

If this is OK with you, great! Nothing else to do on your end and we hope you enjoy your item."

Thanks both of you for your reply. So other than not being able to flash a custom ROM, there are no other issues with a locked bootloader? The phone is still unlocked and I can use it with any carrier, correct?

I ordered a pixel 4 from woot a month ago. It came locked to Verizon/locked bootloader even though the description said "factory unlocked". I returned it for a replacement, same problem. I returned that one for a refund and haven't gotten my money back after 2 weeks. I used to but a ton of stuff from woot, years ago, but they have been really disappointing since the Amazon acquisition.

If it comes back in stock: No, this would totally be an upgrade. Newer Android, Faster CPU, AMOLED screen, MUCH better camera, and free "High Quality" photo storage (aka compressed but still nice) via google photos. Looks great to me in comparison. Plus, if you could flash Lineage or other community updated ROM to it, then the updates will keep coming.
Thanks for the input, reps for you!

thanks for posting this OP Smilie .. just did a quick google search though something worth noting - for some strange reason (unless I've got it wrong ) it doesn't come with a 3.5 mm headjack port? I guess if you have bluetooth headphones it doesn't matter but for people like me who like to hang on to the cheaper tech for as long as possible Stick Out Tongue it might be an issue ...
As much as I like having a headphone jack on my pixel 4a, I find myself using it less and less. Especially now that you can get active noise cancelling wireless earbuds, you get better sound without the cord. Most cars now have Bluetooth built in as well.
TL DR: no headphone jack is less of an issue than you might think

When paying for a car, a dent on the car door will cost you a decent amount of money. The same goes for the missing headphone jack. They need to knock any $$ off the price. It's not like they can't afford it.
