2. You cannot use it with any other sim, as it is locked. To use it with T-mobile, you would require to first unlock the phone by getting it to local repair station.
3. You wouldn't be able to use the phone outside US, without getting it unlocked.
4. That was the mistake on the item's description. It doesn't have bootloader with it.

The locked bootloader won't affect a thing if you're just like normal people using a phone. You can't install a 3rd party OS which you probably don't want to mess with in the first place.
Now the locked serviced provider is a big problem. It means you are only able to use the phone with that particular provider - Verizon, for example. You're locked to it.
Now just need to research a decent case/screen protector for it.
