Yes, up to 13/16" wide. The DWE7491RS says it can handle up to 8" dado blades, though it might tax the motor more than the 6" will. For jobsite saws like yours, 6" dado stacks are usually plenty good. I still have this set from a Ridgid jobsite saw and use it on a Grizzly cabinet saw because I'm waiting for a good deal on the 8" set, and it does everything I need it to do for rabbets and dadoes.

Make sure you find a dado throat plate, or be prepared to make your own (I made my own for the Ridgid saw by using a flush trim router with my original plate to get the size right). You won't be able to use the factory throat plate with a dado stack unless you have a very small stack of about 1/4".
I have the 8 inch set, and can offer some advice. The measurements on the attached guide do not match up to reality, meaning just the outer blades, which are supposed to make a 1/4 inch dado, are just under 1/4 inch, so you will need to shim. And on that subject, metal shims suck. Get some magnetic shims and you won't have a problem with shims not fully seating on the arbor and getting pinched between the blades.

In order to get truly accurate dados, I bought a 5/8 bolt with a washer and nut. I drilled a hole through a small piece of plywood smaller than the dado set. If I need a specific width, I mount the dado set on the 5/8 bolt and tighten the nut. Then I get out the calipers and measure outer tooth to outer tooth, and add shims as necessary to get the exact width I need. It's sort of like this much more expensive system from Woodpeckers:

I've had this dado set for years now, and it is a real nice set. far better than the Oshlun brand. Great price too.

Been waiting for a dado stack to go on sale since I missed the Oshlun deal. This seems comparable. Thanks!.

Dang, I paid $83.38 on Amazon in March. Oh well, I've used it a lot to make cabinets and am very happy with it.

I have this dado set and it works great, only thing I don't like is my saw arbor is not long enough to fit more than 1/2 of blades.

Me too, have had this for probably 10 years now. I chipped a tooth of my own stupidity but still works perfectly.
