Ordered 2 last round and sent them right back. One was in great condition with a bad battery and the other was beat up with a bad camera. No way these things were tested...so YMMV, good luck if you order!

Just received mine. The thing looks like it was kicked down a sidewalk for a few days. Going right back in the morning.

Unfortunately, going back - hope other people have better luck.

The GOOD:

Cosmetically great looking (one small dig in the screen).

Battery charged wirelessly and wired.

Was able to transfer all apps/texts/pictures to the phone with no issue.

The BAD:

Battery discharged quite quickly.

Reception of AT&T signal was bad - don't have a problem with my current low-end Motorola and this phone was crazy spotty.

HUGE PROBLEM: Camera would only focus up-close (like 3 inches away). Cleaned the lens and sensor, reloaded/updated the camera app, cleared the camera app cache - camera would still not focus.

If I have one of these Pixel 3 phones, will I get unlimited Google Photos storage at Original Quality?
For this Pixel 3, you have Unlimited Original Quality until the end Next January 2022, but will continue to have Unlimited [High Quality/Storage saver] Quality.

Received two phones today

64gb pink: google variant
128gb white: verizon variant

Both phones are in practically mint condition. No scratches whatsoever. Now I'm debating which one I want to keep (storage space vs bootloader unlocked).

The 128gb one I ordered and got today also has the camera issue. It also has a battery capacity of 56%. Really disappointing. This is the 2nd Woot Pixel 3 that has to go back. The first one had a battery capacity of 79% but worked otherwise.

These issues with used phones makes me glad I went for the brand new 2XL for my backup phone.

Haven't tried and don't plan to unlock the boot loader. My understanding was that you could only unlock the boot loader on the black version of the 2XL from B&H. I have a Panda and do see a system app called VZW Multicast which kinda indicates I have an unlockable Verizon model.

What a piece of junk this turned out to be. Heavily laggy

Had the same experience. Would definitely avoid this. Not worth it.

Got mine today

The bad:
- it is a Verizon model and bootloader is locked
- it is not charging. Already tried with different charger and cables

The good:
- it does not have any scratches

Pending:
- Check battery life
Has anyone else have the charging problem?

Did you also get a Verizon model?

About the "prolong the life of your phone" thing... I have an OG Pixel XL and it is still working well. No more updates but it is still working well. You're implying once you don't get android updates, your device would be bricked /useless which is not the case.
I do not think anyone is implying that the device will not work without updates; the main concern is lack of security updates.

might want to look into getting the USB port cleaned and/or replaced. Mine was having a lot of charging problems until I got the USB port cleaning done
