Quality on mine is decent. Screen has a few scratches that are noticeable when screen is off or really dim, but when its bright you can't tell. Battery seems ok. Says 95% based on accubattery. Camera takes good pics. The one thing I'm not sure about is the speaker on this thing. When talking with someone (speaker mode) I noticed it harder to hear than on my old phone. Of course that's the last thing I test after getting it completely setup. I really don't want to go through the process of installing/validating all my apps again. Sound is fine when putting phone up to my ear but I prefer to use speaker when talking to people.

I looked up my model here:
https://store.google.com/repair

Regarding the bootloader, you just have check your phone by following these steps:
https://www.androidauthority.com/...er-915961/

If the "OEM Unlocking" option is greyed out, it's probably locked.
I got mine (black 64gb) on Sat. that was part of the previous batch (before Not pink or white became available on Sunday, I believe.)

Two visible scratches on two corners (which are now covered with a case.) No screen scratch. I can charge it to 100%. Wireless charging works, too. Speaker works. I updated its Android version ... blah blah, I really can't see any functionality issues.

IMEI starts with 35 and the Google repair check says US VZ, to. so it's Verizon. I put my currently iPhone AT&T SIM card into it. Voice calls work in & out. So it's unlocked, right? I followed the 2nd link to check unlocked status but my System settings do not show Developer mode option. What else do I need t check?

From the link "First head to Settings > System > About phone and pressing the Build Number at the bottom until you see a toast saying you're now a developer. Next, head to Settings > System > Developer options."

Thank you! I see that OEM Unlocking option is grayed out although USB Debugging can be turned on. So is this phone locked? Is it locked for just bootloader or is it locked for Verizon and cannot use other carriers? As mentioned my AT&T SIM works just fine for voice calls so data should be fine, too, right?

I just got mine and the condition looks really good except for a "scratch" that really looks like a big crack on th screen that my fingernail catches. How easy are returns with refurbished products through Woot?
It requires an email to [email protected] since it has a lithium ion battery. They responded back to me with a printable UPS label and a battery hazard label. I dropped it off at CVS but they did offer to do a UPS pick up.

Not the easiest but it wasn't a pain.

Got my pixel 3 today. Wouldn't connect to WIFI, HOT battery, takes of 30 seconds to get an application response. Factory reset twice with same problems. When it first turned out it was Spanish. Returning phone. 1st pixel phone, last pixel phone.

Spend $50 more and get a new 3. No way do I like buying these used phones when price is close to new. Damn good phone but you got a dud for sure.

Thanks for the info. It was easier than I thought to have them let me return it. I'll be getting a return postage label as well. I was bummed the bootloader was indeed locked. Swappa has used ones for only a few dollars more, bootloader unlocked.

I got mine this weekend. The "OEM unlock" was greyed out but when I tapped it allowed to to enable the option once I put in my password. My IMEI started with 35 and i was disappointed but end up pleasantly surprised

Got two more today -- both bootloader locked. That tapping/password idea didn't work.

Both going back!
