Actually I'm on the fence about this as I hate cleaning brush rolls and this seems to need one after 3 uses. It's not DuoClean which truly eliminates this issue.

Read through thread and seems hair can be dealt with by leaving vacuum run a little longer after finishing job.
Don't really understand why some prefer a refurb for $9 less. I must be missing something.

How is the noise? Have 2 year old who is sensitive to noise
It's still fairly loud, louder on carpet mode. FWIW tho it's a lot quieter than any older vacuum I've had.
Needed one and after watching vacuum wars on YT, definitely wanted a "sealed" one with HEPA filters.
