Paramount+ has a new code for new and returning subscribers for a free month trial when you apply coupon code EVIL at checkout. If you subscribed last time the deal was offered, make sure you cancel your subscription, wait until your subscription lapses and then resubscribe using this deal (assuming the code is still active at that time).

How did you find the Netflix group and set this up? Does it work like Visible - just join a group online? Or does your group consist of your personal family and friends?

Also, why every other year for the Black Friday Hulu deal? I also signed up for Hulu last Black Friday (what a great deal!) and was hoping to do it again this year. Do you have to be out a full year to be a "new" customer?

Thanks!
I rotate Hulu and Netflix every year because it gives me enough content to watch.
You can set up a Netflix group by getting the top plan.

Having a 3 more people for the group.

I get a random email, password, get a prepaid card (ebay) for the agreed 12 months after everyone pays their share.

4 people can stream 4k at one time with no problems. There's a 5th slot for a user but that is kept vacant so nobody gets kicked.

You now have Netflix for a couple bucks month. If you use a new email on a new device when setting up you can get a month trial for free so 13 months for $24 last time I checked.

I use random emails because I do it with it internet people but if you have work friends or family you trust than just use whatever.

Thanks for great information! Repped you. Smilie

Looks like the top plan runs $17.99 per month ($215.88 per year): https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926 Do they charge taxes and fees on top of that? Or is $17.99 the actual, bottom-line payment amount each month?

Could only find one, single prepaid Netflix card on eBay in the amount/value of $60; priced at $62. That would cover about three (3) months of service. Are there usually more than one prepaid Netflix cards available on eBay?

What is the purpose of using the prepaid card rather than a credit card? - is it so shared users cannot see your personal credit card information? (If not, why not just pay with a credit card?)

Lastly, can't figure out your reference to $24. I understand getting an extra month - 13 months - but how does $24 figure into that?

Thanks again for your help.

I'm sorry the $24 was in reference to the last group I did which was 6 months with the additional 1 free month trial.

If $17.99 is what it is monthly then it has gone up some since I last did it.

If there's none on ebay/Amazon you can get a physical prepaid card at Walmart/Walgreens/CVS/etc for the exact amount you need.

Yes the prepaid card is to load the account and since everyone on the account can see the info I wouldn't use my personal cc.

So however long the group decides to go for they pre pay one person who sets it up and gives everyone the email/password.

The person setting it up sets up 4 profiles (names only) leaving the 5th one empty. You now have Netflix for 1/4 the price.

Rotate people setting it up Everytime to get your additional free month.

You don't need to be at the same address or anything else. Just set up and go. The hardest part would probably be getting the group to decide on how long. 6 months is an easier pill to swallow than paying a year up front from my experience.

I got this popup when I went to cancel subscription

Wait! Get 50% off 2 months!

We don't like goodbyes, so we're giving you half off your next 2 months—on us. From tens of thousands of episodes to live sports, breaking news and a mountain of entertainment, there's so much more for you to explore.

I should just continue and click on cancel subscription?
I would accept the offer and cancel at end of 1st month or end of 3rd month. Just in case you are like me and might want the 2 extra months of the premium plan for just $10. That's what I did and I still have option to cancel at end of 1st month if I want as long as I remember lol

If you for sure just want the 1 month free and that's it then yes decline offer and cancel.

The post title mentions returning customers. My subscription ends July 28th. I cancelled but do not see a way to use this coupon as a returning customer.

Question..I know many people after they have canceled their trials that they were offered an additional month from paramount plus, do you think I will still get an offer like that or wont I since I would be canceling early..the offer that I was being offered apparently disappeared since I was away for a few hours now it just gives me an offer to either cancel or not oh well

That happened to me. I have it a few hours and it gave me the offer again. I might have used a different browser to make it reappear. Did you do the $10 plan free trial or $5? I assume you did $10 like me and that's why we are getting the 2 additional 50% off months rather than the extra month free. Let me know if you need further help. Go Spurs go.

Will try it tomorrow..I am using firefox..and yeah I clicked on the premium one that is why on my account when it says it expires on the 24th of august that I would be charged 9.99
Question..lets say tomorrow I do that, I click on the offer how would it work..I would get the first month free of course, and the additional 2 months would be a total of 10 bucks? So I would be able to cancel the plan November 24th? GO LAKERS(Gotta make some good trades otherwise same BS next season Frown

You would get your one month premium free then if you decide you want it you get the option of 2 additional premium months at $5 each. Your 4th month of service (billed in advance on monthly basis would be $10) so it just made sense for me to accept the offer and I still have the option to cancel in the first 30 days and pay nothing.

So it was like one month free, 2 months $5 (premium), or 3 months $10 (premium).

I downloaded this app and I cant stream anything on my Hisense Android TV and my new Chromecast with Google TV. So I just cancelled my subscription. Any show/movie I just get a black screen. It streams fine on my phone though.

Boycott all these streaming spin-offs, maybe they'll realize that working with Hulu or Netflix is better for consumers (and themselves). Or we can just chase them all down and end up paying $150/mo for 10 different streaming services and wonder how we got into this mess…
Ok. Let me know when that works and I'll go ahead and do it

i tried the same last month and it seems you have to let it run until the 28th (or whatever the last day is) to re-sign for another free month promotion.
