Competition is good for the consumer, if the service stinks, it will go away on it's own. If there is a monopoly they can charge you as much as they like, and you have no other choice. No one is forced to use all of the available services at once, just bounce around, taking advantage of all the deals and offers.

I rotate Hulu and Netflix every year because it gives me enough content to watch.
You can set up a Netflix group by getting the top plan.

Having a 3 more people for the group.

I get a random email, password, get a prepaid card (ebay) for the agreed 12 months after everyone pays their share.

4 people can stream 4k at one time with no problems. There's a 5th slot for a user but that is kept vacant so nobody gets kicked.

You now have Netflix for a couple bucks month. If you use a new email on a new device when setting up you can get a month trial for free so 13 months for $24 last time I checked.

I use random emails because I do it with it internet people but if you have work friends or family you trust than just use whatever.

Looks like the top plan runs $17.99 per month ($215.88 per year): https://help.netflix.com/en/node/24926 Do they charge taxes and fees on top of that? Or is $17.99 the actual, bottom-line payment amount each month?

Could only find one, single prepaid Netflix card on eBay in the amount/value of $60; priced at $62. That would cover about three (3) months of service. Are there usually more than one prepaid Netflix cards available on eBay?

I'm sorry the $24 was in reference to the last group I did which was 6 months with the additional 1 free month trial.

If $17.99 is what it is monthly then it has gone up some since I last did it.

If there's none on ebay/Amazon you can get a physical prepaid card at Walmart/Walgreens/CVS/etc for the exact amount you need.

Yes the prepaid card is to load the account and since everyone on the account can see the info I wouldn't use my personal cc.

So however long the group decides to go for they pre pay one person who sets it up and gives everyone the email/password.

The person setting it up sets up 4 profiles (names only) leaving the 5th one empty. You now have Netflix for 1/4 the price.

Rotate people setting it up Everytime to get your additional free month.

You don't need to be at the same address or anything else. Just set up and go. The hardest part would probably be getting the group to decide on how long. 6 months is an easier pill to swallow than paying a year up front from my experience.

That happened to me. I have it a few hours and it gave me the offer again. I might have used a different browser to make it reappear. Did you do the $10 plan free trial or $5? I assume you did $10 like me and that's why we are getting the 2 additional 50% off months rather than the extra month free. Let me know if you need further help. Go Spurs go.

You would get your one month premium free then if you decide you want it you get the option of 2 additional premium months at $5 each. Your 4th month of service (billed in advance on monthly basis would be $10) so it just made sense for me to accept the offer and I still have the option to cancel in the first 30 days and pay nothing.

So it was like one month free, 2 months $5 (premium), or 3 months $10 (premium).

I downloaded this app and I cant stream anything on my Hisense Android TV and my new Chromecast with Google TV. So I just cancelled my subscription. Any show/movie I just get a black screen. It streams fine on my phone though.

i tried the same last month and it seems you have to let it run until the 28th (or whatever the last day is) to re-sign for another free month promotion.
