I spoke to the Hongyu service center in Tennessee at the toll free number and as others have said they will send parts. It turns out I was missing the star knobs for the handle, wheel axles, and the air intake was totally gone. He knew immediately my issues when I told him Goodyear compressor from Walmart. It took like 3 minutes and they are sending the parts. I'm not really even sure if I'm missing anything else. It had no manual or hoses either but not sure if it came with any. In any event I have my own hoses I can use from another compressor.
