Definitely! Why else would someone need pounds of neon orange smelly dust. Unless it was to start production of a black market Cheeto knockoff... or maybe people can't afford the blue box kid crack by Krapft, and are learning that .98 worth of GV elbows and a 1/3 cup of dehydrated milk will provide weeks worth of food for short people. Me, I keep my weed in there.
