GOOD price for one with a Ball Head mount. This is VERY IMPORTANT for these short stands. Most of these things have a Swivel-only mount. For low-profile stands, it makes it difficult, bc they might barely reach over a tall monitor; the Ball-head mount lets you adjust the cam to any angle, even if its just barely peeking over your monitor. Most arms are twice as long and twice as heavy so you can use the multiple joints to twist it to the right angle. But for a low-profile, a ball-head mount is important.
I literally just bought a $20 one, and wish I had seen this first.

Was planning to place this on my flat headboard to use when watching Netflix in bed. The base is too light to support the weight of my phone and falls over. I had to add some weight on the base and it solved the problem.
If you are planning to use it for a webcam then it's probably fine, don't waste your money if you were wanting to use this to fully support your phone.
