yes, it is actually as simple as abolishing tipping and having employers pay their employees more and employers can subsequently choose to up their prices for compensate. this way, things are actually normalized and not reliant on things of high variance.

Maybe you should ask your employer why they pay you minimum wage? Why you have to rely on tips to survive? Ask the government why the minimum wage is not enough to live?
Tipping is a choice not a mandate. It's not the customer's fault that you didn't get pay enough.
One thing that I know is true, however, is that people who tip like shit, usually act like shit too.
