I've been using DM for over 10 years and I've always received all the issues on my subscriptions.
Once a subscription starts, if I have any questions or concerns, I contact customer service at the specific magazine directly (not DM). Did you try reaching out to Consumer Reports Customer Service?
When did your Consumer Reports Magazine stop coming? If it was recently, you might want to check your subscription account online at the CR website.

What is most important, is that you need to use the EXACT same name/addy that is on your current mailing label. When the publisher receives your order from DM, they can match it up with your current account.
If you're not sure how your information appears on your label, you can log into your subscriber account at The Economist, to verify your information.

After you've ordered, keep an eye on your label (or log into your account) and you'll see your expiration date update, to reflect the new subscription. For example if you current sub expires DEC21, you'll see it update to DEC22.
If, for some reason, you start to receive duplicates. You just need to get in touch with customer service at The Economist (not DM). You provide the account numbers from the labels, and they will merge the accounts. Live Chat at The Economist is particularly helpful, I've found.

I lost my subscription price on Wired and Forbes and just recently took up this offer!
Thanks Op!
I used to get upwards of 11 subscriptions from them (various titles) and have dropped them one by one because none of the paid subscriptions actually last the whole term for me.
The last straw was when my Consumer Reports subscription stopped coming in the mail and I still have 3 paid months left on the subscription.
After someone finally returned a email, their answer was that they are a 3rd party provider and are not responsible for when subscriptions begin and end.
I replied that as a 1st party payer, this was a lame excuse for not covering the subscriptions that I paid for, and that as a 1st party payer, I will no longer be paying them for their service.

Over the last 3 years I've been noticing some wonky things going on with my subscriptions.
Honestly, it never occurred to me to contact the magazines directly. I always thought that DM took my money, they should service the subscriptions?
Thanks for the link. I guess contacting them direct is next in line.

Any questions about your subscription, once it starts, should be directed to the publisher. They are in the best position to solve any concerns.
Give it a shot…you've got nothing to lose.
But if you mean you want to extend a current subscription, yes, you can order and have it extend a current subscription.

What if the current one expires in December?
