It gives me free shipping for all sizes. Must be a locality thing or the fact that I signed up for a free Staples account, I don't know. These hold up pretty well for most projects unlike some of the paper-thin stuff. Just ordered my fourth box. Cheapest I can find at the moment.

I figured it out. Free shipping kicks in when you buy at least $25. I always order more than one so I didn't realize they had this threshold.

Correction: The website is changing conditions so free shipping is fluid. I ordered 2 boxes last week that had $25 minimum for free ship. I was able to do a mock order just now and they offered free shipping on just one box which came out to about $16 with tax.
