I just picked up this tent for family camping because the design looked pretty good. Similar tents are in the $200+ range, so I ordered and put it up. It looks to be a knock-off or a rebadged KAZOO tent seen on Amazon for $130.
It is pretty compact for this size tent(fits into my bug-out camping bins), and packs into its bag really easily. The inner shell is mesh, and the rainfly stays separated from the inner shell so it will probably prevent seepage.
The materials are lightweight and zippers aren't super thick so I can't speak to durability, but the design is near perfect. Plenty of ventilation and room to move around. The porch also has plenty of room to act as a mud room. I picked up another just on design alone.

It's not as quick as an umbrella style popup, but it was easy.
Do you have a comparable size tent that would be a better option at this price so I can compare?

It's tall and looks to have relatively vertical walls. It has a rain fly that goes down to the ground pretty much all around. It has a massive door. And yet, it's small in the capacity (smaller footprint). I haven't really seen this combination much, which for most of the camping that I do (car camping), is just about perfect.
For car camping, you want walls as vertical as you can get away with, just gives you more space. The smaller footprint means that you can pitch it in places where it might be tight for a huge tent (just ask those people with 10+ person tents). Big doors mean lots of airflow (so long as there aren't any bugs).
The two things I'd like to see are really nitpicking at it, but it would be more mesh on the inner (I camp in the HEAT and will take more mesh any day of the week, we never see rain here), and a fly that blocks more light (really helps keep the tent cooler, and also just blocks sun). It would kind of be too much to see an easy up style in this small a tent, but it would add to the ease of use on top of everything.

I think this setup is ideal for the shell, as you can close the fly windows by unclipping a couple inner shell clips to access the window. If it was easy-up you'd have to go outside to do it.
This is obviously a shill post, would not be surprised if people commenting are associated with the company.
(I don't mind shill posts if they are a good deal. This one is not)
You can literally google "4 person tent" and find something better if you need a tent right now.

As someone who is not a tent expert, can you point me to a better one at this price point? Don't want to throw my money away or anything.

BTW, would a shill post mention knockoff or rebadge? No.
I wanted a tent to replace my 20 year old Ozark Trail Wallyworld special. I found this one. I posted it for others. If you don't like it, move on.
