As posters have said before if you change your type of service, upgrade, downgrade whatever Comcast throws you back to the back of the line. I've been THROWING my money at them for over 15 years (cable, internet and voice) simply because CenturyLink is the only other option and it sucks out here. Yet I just signed up for the rewards and it only has me at Gold 2-7 years which is how long Its been since I went to an Internet only plan for the last five to six years. COMCAST YOU SUCK!

Gold member here (Austin Power's anyone), lol. Anyway got $50 for GC for having XM. I wonder what the criteria is for getting $100 GC instead of $50? I've been with XM since they started and currently have (4) lines but the first few years I only had (1) line on their service. Also had another $50 GC for buying a phone which unfortunately I just did a week agoFrown
