My dad's account is 15+ years internet, TV, and voice and they're saying he's ineligible. Sounds like they just don't want to suitably reward him.

Nothing for Silver, but in 4 months my account will become Gold.

Well, it would, but I'm going to be "moving" and someone else with a new Eno CC# and email address will be moving into my place and getting the promo rate, because it's about 40% of the cost of the "valued customer" rate.

I'm seeing "$50 Xfinity Mobile savings. Your reward is in the works! We'll ship your Visa prepaid card in 4-6 weeks." Does that mean I just need to wait for the card? I remember it says I have to go to their store to buy something, but can no longer find it.
