  • About this deal:
    • Our research indicates that this offer is $129 lower (100% savings) than a similar-sized ACME Anvil which only exists in cartoons
  • About this product:
    • Made of forged steel and weighs approximately 66lbs. The horns taper down to 6". One horn is shaped like a square and has hard edges, the other horn is shaped like a cone and has round edges. It is ideal for roadrunners and coyotes locked in a never-ending death match

This is kinda small for an anvil for anyone looking to do knives or swords. User video on Amazon didn't show really good rebound, and a few reviews indicate similar. Looks like maybe a cast job with hardfacing weld on the surface, since there are some large voids in a few user images.

For the price could be worth it if you get one with clean horn and face.

Lucked out and got a 120 Peter Wright for free years back while buying some vintage furniture.

20.00 coupon was offered for me. Don't listen to the whiners about it being cast. $400 anvils made in USA aren't made of steel either..

Did anyone else see the "Free Shipping" and then laugh or say, "wow!"?

It says in the title (on Amazon) that it's cast steel, and the second picture says it has a forged surface, which means that's likely the case – just hardfacing welded to the surface of a cast steel anvil. This is definitely more jewelry sized though than knives or larger.

Still seems like a decent deal if it's not complete trash, and free returns...
