edit: found the previous FP deal and the comments are nothing but irrelevant jokes about cheating wives. hoping some folk that bought from that deal can weigh in. time stamp issues would be a bummer, but not a deal breaker, per-se.
I will get downvoted to death and mocked for that but lets not forget that this is a for profit website and that extension is absolutely collecting data.

In the comments on woot they mention this is regular price but Amazon jacked it up to make this woot "deal"

i think ill pass. id rather spend a bit more and know im getting something decent, from a company that isnt trying to lie about the prices..
The battery and memory card are accessed from the front cover opening so if you have it mounted in a tree, you don't have to remove the entire camera to swap either. However, you'll have to use a small luggage style lock to secure this, since the camera trail camera lock on the rear only keeps the entire camera locked not access to the panel.

This may explain why my other pair of trail cams have hosed memory cards. Not the size, but the ability of someone stalking me (for real, have restraining order) to delete the footage through the front panel. I have them both 🔒on a cable so they can't be stolen, but the screen is accessible.
Off to cancel my order and look for a trail cam with a screen lock.
Thank you.
